Think Jenas was probably not as good a player overall career-wise but he was better for Spurs than Redknapp was. Not a great deal to pick from there is there 😂
We must have had a better English CM than redknapp
Much like the team, I'm taking a few days off from football to rest and recuperate before beginning mental preparation for the game on Sunday 🤣
Ye no way that is true 🤣
I think it was a mechanism for neither club to take a risk. Betis would get a good fee if Spurs activate, Spurs get a good player for a reasonable fee. I'd imagine the new contract doesn't change the clause but it does probably indicate Spurs won't be actioning it - otherwise, ye, what's the point.
It's just accounting mechanics
The ICC’s arrest warrants are long overdue.
The Prime Minister & Foreign Secretary must immediately endorse this decision. That is the bare minimum.
Will the UK government now, finally, honour its international obligations to prevent genocide and end all arms sales to Israel?
If Keir Starmer and David Lammy refuse to abide by the arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant, they are aiding and abetting war criminals.
Which makes them war criminals.
And if you're still calling Labour
THE ADULTS IN CHARGE
then you're completely dense.
Lammy and Starmer can't bring themselves to condemn Netanyahu for his ICC charges, awful capitulation to breaking international law.
Utter cowards.
Following the ICC's arrest warrants, the Independent Alliance have written to the Prime Minister asking if he will comply with the ruling.
The UK government must decide: is it on the side of Israeli impunity or international law?
The ICC arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu, Yoav Gallant and Mohammed Deif make clear that to continue selling arms to Israel is to aid and abet war crimes. It is utterly indefensible.

Last night only THREE peers in the House of Lords called for public ownership of England's water industry.
That was me, Jenny Jones & Natalie Bennett (Green Party) out of a membership of 827.
Public ownership officially opposed by Labour, Tories and LibDems.
Most people want to end the scandal.
The Work and Pensions Secretary Liz Kendall admits to MPs that the department's own modelling has found cutting winter fuel payments will push 100,000 pensioners into poverty.
Ministers previously denied any kind of impact assessment had been done on the policy
“Well no one warned us”

Jeremy Clarkson got rattled when it was put to him that he bought a farm to avoid inheritance tax.
If you bring central London to a halt in order to campaign against catastrophic climate change then you're a "barmy" eco "fanatic" who deserves to be locked up.
If you do the same to hang on to your multimillion pound inheritance tax exemption then you're a brave freedom fighter defying the odds
Israel destroyed 83% of plant life in Gaza by June this year.
It destroyed 70% of its agricultural land.
It damaged or destroyed 65% of water tanks and 47% of groundwater wells.
Israel has deliberately tried to make Gaza uninhabitable. This is genocide.
