Greybox blockout of an underground waterway dungeon. The point of view is isometric. The protagonist of the game shoots a blue magic projectile from the palm of his hand. You can see a staircase which leads into the room. The protagonist stands on a bridge which leads over a water channel with greenish water in it.

Happy #screenshotSaturday everyone!

This week I refined the puzzles. The player can now fully interact with them and the states of puzzles are now saved and restored properly.

I also worked on some dungeon planning and greyboxing. Man, isometric level design is tough!

It's #screenshotSaturday again!

This week I've been busy fixing bugs in the various dungeon systems I've been implementing. But I also started working on some dungeon puzzle mechanics!

First off the classics: levers, pressure plates and light ray puzzles.

It's #screenshotSaturday everyone!

This week I've been working on core dungeon mechanics, like dungeon stage instancing, enemy spawning, treasure chests and loot table based item drops from both enemies and breakable containers!

Next is puzzles and level design.

This is an image of a dungeon floor selection screen for an indie game in development which showcases how the player will enter different floors of a dungeon. There's a vertical list of all available dungeon floors on the left side of the screen. There's a floor info widget on the right which contains the name, a preview thumbnail and a descriptive text of the currently selected dungeon floor. There's an overview map (currently handdrawn placeholder art) which indicates where the currently selected floor is situated in the dungeon, indicated by a white arrow with a drop shadow.

Happy #screenshotSaturday everone!

I worked on a dungeon system and floor selection menu for my #indiedev game project this week.

With this players will be able to enter every dungeon floor they've already visited to solve remaining puzzles, find missing loot or combat enemies.

Screenshot of an in progress game settings menu. The menu design features blue backgrounds with golden lettering and paperlike menu entries. Available setting categories are Gameplay, Controls, Camera, Graphics and Audio. The settings menu shows the keyboard and mouse rebinding menu for adjusting input to the liking of the player.

Happy #screenshotSaturday everyone!

I spent the last 2 weeks migrating to the input system of #Unity to offer better controller support for my #3D action adventure game. I also built an input rebinding system for gamepad and keyboard on top of it! I hope this will be useful!

Happy belated #screenshotsaturday everyone!

I was busy composing music and grinding away at several bugs and features I had planned to include in the first playable demo build of my solo indie game made with #unity.

I will share more about the game soon!

This week I worked on a save and load system and reworked the title menu. I can't wait to have people experience what I'm building.

Also, have a look at a completely unrelated clip of the game's intro which I wanted to show of.

I just wanted to share a screenshot of the most ambitious cutscene I've ever created for my indie game action adventure project. A rough playable draft of the prologue for my game is nearly complete!

Any chance you could tell me what size you’re wearing? I would like to order one for myself, but there is no size chart 😲 thanks!
