Clever title but ignores the fact that Iran doesn't need a navy to keep the strait closed. Given how narrow it is, transiting ships are vulnerable to attack from artillery, MRLs, drones, and anti-ship ballistic and cruise missiles. No IRGC-N or IRIN needed.
