i am alarmed by what appears to be a skyrocketing number of untrained & therefore dangerous dogs in public spaces. i think dog parks encourage dog ownership; i'm not sure that's a public good. i have 2 dogs, but we don't go to dogs parks bc dog fights always break out. ppl can't control their pets.
