I keep seeing Anthropic having data breechs and now unauthorized access to its Mythos model and they should have hired my wife for the cybersecurity position she applied for.
'nuff said.

More to the point: you can actually use AI to verify your cites are correct. It’s actually an excellent use case for AI. Ask it to turn your cites into a list and then verify the citation is correct using two different sources and provide the links to those sources in a spreadsheet.
This is a pitch perfect response from @aoc.bsky.social -- she mocks their whining, she brings the receipts and then she uses this move as a sign that Democrats are moving to offense now.
She is the best pure talent currently on the national stage.
I have literally written a book about this. Hopefully I'll find an agent soon to publish it.
Couldn’t find the one of him punching Nazis so this one will have to do.
You ever try to code switch at work and fail? 😂
ANCIENT GREEK PRO WRESTLING PROMOTER: ok so you're going to be what's known as a "heel"
ACHILLES: fuck you
I’m so sorry. Our girl is getting older now too.
Former Roberts’ clerks circling their wagons to protect the boss.
That’s the tell. Rule 8.4 is the one people use when they are vaguely mad about something but cannot actually cite another specific rule that is being violated.
It’s a dumb take by a law professor who should have run this by someone at Harvard that actually does legal ethics before publishing.
The professional responsibility argument here is bonkers. Just an absolute reach in every sense of the term.
Also the goal of this suit is for Patel to identify who leaked about him. It’s not about the money, it’s about the Director of the FBI wanting to have vengeance. Which is a very dangerous thing if the court allows the suit to proceed to significant fact discovery.
They filed this in DC federal court specifically because the DC Circuit has found the DC anti-SLAPP statute motion to dismiss provisions doesn’t apply in diversity jurisdiction actions. An opinion written by then Circuit Judge Kavanaugh. That said, fee shifting most likely applies.
Oh man, I know Jesse 😂
The more below average, the better.
The Inflation Reduction Act was the single most aggressive investment in rural America since the New Deal.
Direct investment, high wage jobs, energy security, you name it. It was all there.
Too bad it happened 200 years ago and all the records of it are lost forever.
The interesting part about the NY Times story about the Supreme Court is that you can really see how little the law actually matters to John Roberts et al. It’s just results, the process doesn’t matter at all.
Heavy is the head…
Bottle of champagne sit aside just like the one I had for Kissinger.
It’s inaccurate to say Mario is brave and Luigi is cowardly
Luigi is afraid of death, so he runs away from danger. Mario is afraid of living, so he runs towards death. Both brothers are cowards in their own way
Someone really ought to write a book about the significance of #SCOTUS doing so many major things through unsigned and unexplained rulings, and how so much of it really is a recent phenomenon.
This is absolutely wonderful because it really takes the mask off regarding the political nature of the court.
Prelogar v Blatt will be one for the record books though!
John Eastman himself characterized the overthrow of the election as a necessarily revolutionary act akin to the Declaration of Independence.
But here comes his defenders to say he's just a smol bean law professor making constitutional arguments. Fuck outta here.
Among a mountain of bad-faith factual claims and frivolous constitutional arguments, Eastman's ultimate plan was for VP Pence (or Sen. Grassley) to *knowingly violate the Electoral Count Act* and let SCOTUS block any subsequent lawsuits on political question grounds. Just shit from start to finish.
You say this, but every time I think we’ve hit bottom, somehow they manage to sink ever lower…
