Here is some history: These were the two side plates on Bruno Sammartino's WWWF World Heavyweight Title belt.

The WWWF at the Boston Garden on August 24, 1968. World Champion Bruno Sammartino facing off against George Steele in a Texas Death Match! Their wild bout ended in a no contest after the official was KO'd. Posting the program for this event on Patreon this evening.
