I spent all week worrying about running 13th age 2e. I had a great time running it today, was singing as I left my car at home and fell hard on the ice. So I guess it all evens out ? #ttrpg

SPACECAT (a scifi adventure TTRPG) A scifi adventure game inspired by Cairn, Into the Odd, and Mausritter. Discover bizarre worlds, fantastical alien creatures, ancient spacecraft, space pirates, and the depths of the unknown.

My favorite so far is SPACECAT. Its into the odd mechanics and features anthropomorphic space people exploring space.

That's fair. I am a big fan of all of these games, but I don't usually dip my toes in pools for my hobbies - I either fully participate or I don't participate at all. And unfortunately due to financial and time constraints, I'm going to have to pick which indie darlings are worth it / not worth it

Mothersip month, Mausritter month, Orbital blues month, Old School Essentials month, Zine month / Zinetopia, Morktober, etc. is making liking #ttrpg s feel like a subscription service to me.

This backerkit Xmas market thing is the most annoying thing backerkit has done, and that really says a lot.

All joking aside. I backed 9 Mothership month entries last year (8 physical, 1 digital). Of the 9, only 3 have delivered so far - so I don't understand why they're having another month. #ttrpg

How am I supposed to celebrate Mothership month, christmas, thanksgiving, Mausritter Month, Zine Quest, the Toyotathon and Zine Month in this economy? #ttrpg

Blue Calculus The game of fringecraft no one asked me to make. Set in the 80s/90s, this game is about voiceless people searching the unknown.

There should be more buzz around the Blue Calculus kickstarter. Jim Pinto's protocol #ttrpg s are fantastic

Sorry I'm referring to r/rpg moderators deleting the topics about Shane (later to be returned locked) and then created a megathread about it so no one could have a legitimate conversation about the initial post and the following non apologies

Where are people talking about #ttrpgs these days in forum format? I'm not feeling the rpg subreddit after their censorship of the Shane Hensley crap

I finished watching fantastic 4 and while I enjoyed it, it really felt like a #ttrpg session of good players with a bad GM. 2oo4 characters had marginal effect on the outcome at the end. The lack of consequences at the end. And the credits scene that's out of the book of bad DM tropes

People who are doing the crowdfunding for #ttrpgs . A simple request: Can you please be explicit in if you used AI art or AI writing tools in the campaign page of your project?

I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking that if you omitting or obfuscating the use of these tools is anti-consumer.

You should put that in a post or on your page. I'm going to back it now

This looks right up my alley. Has AI been used in this project?

I'm actually really excited about the Exodus #ttrpg launch. It looks terrible and I can't wait to read the reviews.

- BNN Bloomberg Michael Rousseau, President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss the impact of the strike and the path ahead for the company.

The CEO of Air Canada admitted on Bloomberg News that they negotiated in bad faith because they thought the workers would be forced to take their terms due to section 107. #CdnPoli #elbowsup

Deeply disappointed but not surprised by the Liberal government today. What a terrible day for workers rights in Canada. #CdnPoli

If this was the case, I'd be ok with it. There are people from one game system who are charging more for their shipping than their $25 zines. I had an indie darling sell me a physical copy of their game on itch, give me excuses for a year and then itch sided with them not sending it. Recently TBA

A painting by Laura Freas of a woman astronaut standing next to a tall, bipedal, lizard-like alien who is holding up a glowing sphere, and seems to smile down at the human, who reaches out as though to take the sphere, with a smile. Text reads "always accept orbs from lizards"

Crowdfunding is starting to kill #ttrpgs in the same way it all but killed board games for me. Getting ripped off my indie darlings, getting charged exorbitant S&H charges (I assume most goes to handling) is killing me. This week - $130 in shipping charges for 4 books + 4 zines. There's no way.

Voting for Ennnies judges brought out a side of me I don't really like. I don't like stacking people to determine who to vote for based on my viewpoints of what makes a good #ttrpg

Why would you use AI as a search function?

If you want something answering confidently, but wrong.

Just ask me.

The 1-in-1,280 Death #010 โ€“ What I Learned from Killing a PC After 65 Sessions

This link was shared on a discord I spend too much time on. A character died in a 65 (wow) session Coriolis game and the GM ruminates on lessons learned. Its definitely worth a read if you're GMing games #ttrpg
