I do wonder how all these quick AI tools will long term influence indie makers. Yes you can create tools much quicker, but will customers loose trust when they also get abandoned by the maintainers much more quickly (to prompt a new project)?

It’s interesting. Why doesn’t the app need to queue. It also puts strain on the API’s. Ok logging probably persists, but still 🤷🏼‍♂️

I also use RC and get their “managementURL” to which I can redirect users (it opens the native subscription management page in settings). They can visit that from within my app. I get near to 0 emails about it. So perhaps I made it too easy, but that’s a good thing imo.

Chart with the line only being in the top segment of the chart, leaving most of the chart empty.

@revenuecat.com is there an option, or can we get an option, to toggle the graph to not start with 0 but with the lowest value in the chart? This graph looses a lot of nuance imo.

First time I’m seeing Waterbomber outrank AirAssist in daily downloads. Winter is normally the low season for both apps, but with the LA fires that changed a bit.

Yes! Status page shows all good. But loading very slowly for me, and also getting the unicorn error page quite often!

I don’t duplicate! Everything is reused properly. It’s more that, for example, my text input and checkbox component are not visually coherent to each other. I need to tidy up the design. It’s something that needs to happen eventually, but I don’t feel I’m losing user over it atm..

What is the moment you decide to design a full component library for your side project?
I do have components, but the design something’s feels not coherent between (similar) components 😅 doing a full detailed overhaul also feels a bit too low prio atm..
