天せいろの天ぷら『ぶつ切りのネギ』と『モロヘイヤ』が大変美味しかったです｡
モロヘイヤは茹でて包丁で叩くとネバネバしてそれが美味しいんだけど、天ぷらにした時のパリパリ感はさらに美味しかった。
あと、ネギは普通小口に切ってかき揚げ的にするところ敢えて『ぶつ切り』なスタイルがめっちゃ良かったですw
