if tonight has taught me anything at my LGS it's this. rule zero conversations are a must, the guys I played against are cool but the decks they played pop off a lot faster than mine ever do or ever will and it's frustrating

2026, and theres some REALLY spicy cards for dark magician, still not good enough to be a meta deck but if i play my cards right and draw what i need the deck can be kind of a menace

got back from my lgs tonight. 0-3 using synchros, which honestly would have probably gone better if i just didnt play the deck until i was able to tweak it some. next week might either be blackrose or blackwings, or just say true to form and play dark magician

on the 30th of this month i have another appointment to get hooked up to a heart monitor for a week, get another EKG at somepoint, and another appointment to keep the heart monitor on still. on my way home i nearly broke down 3 times, as soon as i got home and updated my wife, i lost it. 3/?

now for the scary part. yesterday i had an appointment with a stroke prevention specialist and with everything they managed to get from me when i went to the ER, i need to take asprin for the rest of my life, they additionally put me on meds for cholesteral and also blood thinners. 2/?
