It took me a while to figure out what temperature worked best for my functional work. I now fire it at a hot △5 and it fits beautifully with my mid-range majolica recipe from #lindaarbuckle. This combination has been my go-to and i’ve relied on it heavily since 2019.

…how i fell in-love with its color + texture. or how i loved visiting their asheville location and filling up my car to the brim while visiting friends.

something i don’t share enough about my process are the pages in my sketchbook. a part of me thinks they are too messy for others to see, but this is where it all starts 💛

i am a potter + artist living in nc with my husband and 4 cats ✨ we are currently renovating a fixer-upper from the 80’s. Saving up to also renovate the existing shed that is my studio space! I feel so lucky to have this space to be creative and hope you’ll find my journey useful and inspiring! ✨

ideally i’d have my memes and news delivered by carrier pigeons, but we will try this out! 🌱
