Pocket: A hold for one or more fingers
Smear: Using your shoe rubber on the wall for friction
Gaston: Press outward on a hold, like sliding a door
Pinch: Squeeze a hold with fingers and thumb
Palming: Use your open hand to press against a hold or surface for stability

Climbing a V3 to V5 route with a super cool triangular volume! The texture on this one felt like sandpaper—great for grip but tough on the hands.
