I'm seeing quite the opposite, Gorden. Housing costs are a disproportionate strain, and a tax system that relies solely on property tax exacerbates that, especially when there's no deduction for property that serves as a primary residence. But, I'm open to seeing data to change my mind.

🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!
ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth and private conversation.
When federal agents grab people off the street without clear warrants, refuse identification, and disappear them into unmarked vehicles, the word “detention” stops fitting. That’s fear as policy — and it demands accountability, not spin.
