Governor Hochul Announces Approval of Creedmoor Redevelopment Plan to Deliver More Than 2,000 Homes in Eastern Queens Governor Hochul announced the Public Authorities Control Board (PACB) approval of the General Project Plan for the Creedmoor Mixed-Use Project in eastern Queens.
