Mac Randolph
RIP Alex Pretti,
he was my Dads ICU nurse, he read my dad's final salut at the VA after he passed away. Never wanted to share this video but his speech is very on point. Also my Fathers final words to me was continue to fight the good fight. He would be honored in Alex' sacrifice, and ashamed of this current administration. In my Dads words I encourage you all to continue to "fight the good fight"

Acting ICE Director: “we are working to keep you safe at night”

Trump says he thinks the government has a 'very easy case' against Kilmar Abrego Garcia In an interview with NBC News, the president said it was the Justice Department's decision, not his, to bring the Maryland man back to the U.S.

don't print lies in the newspaper. even if you weasel 'trump said it' and put the scare quotes in, printing 'government has very easy case against kilmar abrego garcia' in headlines and social media posts is creating the opposite impression of the truth in your audience.

if it takes years, has to be consequences for all these people, and even more for those who gave the orders.

Self-Organised Criticality: Why your ED is like a Sand Pile Emergency departments (EDs) often seem to shift from calm to crisis in an instant. Why? This article explores ED crowding through the lens of complexity science and self-organised criticality, explaining how minor changes—like a few extra patients—can trigger disproportionate chaos. Using the sandpile analogy and concepts like power law distributions, we reveal why traditional linear models and static targets often fail to manage ED flow effectively. Instead, we offer a data-driven, systems-based approach: identifying tipping points, recognising early warning signs, and implementing proactive, anticipatory interventions. From real-time dashboards to weekly cycle planning and distributed decision-making, this article offers a practical guide for building resilience in emergency care. Learn how your ED can thrive in complexity, not just survive it.

A reminder to the regime enablers that he will never take responsibility and will reward your loyalty by throwing you under the bus.

Q: If the court holds you in contempt, will you bring Abrego Garcia back? Trump: I'm not involved. You'll have to speak to the lawyers

As a reminder, DOJ has literally conceded in multiple court filings (including at the Supreme Court) that Abrego Garcia was, in fact, illegally deported. At this rate, the WH social media intern is going to get a DOJ lawyer thrown in jail for contempt.

We cannot normalize the Abrego Garcia case. Remember, the Nazi extermination camps weren’t in Germany. They were placed in occupied territories to strip people of legal protections. Trump’s regime is using the same strategy by removing people from U.S. jurisdiction. They won't stop here. Stay alert.

I’m so relieved to hear Kilmar has been found—and grateful to Senator Van Hollen for doing what he did.

This response from the White House is truly revolting. Seriously, who are these people?

Abrego Garcia was here legally. He's a husband, father, and union member. And he needs to come home NOW.

The Trump administration needs to acknowledge that a Dem Senator has more power and influence than dear leader.

He got El Salvador to produce Abrego Garcia.

Let me get this straight...

Republican congressmen are allowed to take vanity tours in CECOT prison in El Salvador, but Senator Chris Van Hollen is denied entry to check on the welfare of his wrongly imprisoned constituent?

Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen stayed true to his word by traveling to El Salvador to discuss the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia with the American embassy and Salvadoran officials.

Van Hollen is courageously doing what too few in Congress will: showing up and taking action.

Speaking now from El Salvador, Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) says he was denied access to Kilmar Abrego Garcia by El Salvador leaders. And was denied a phone call to him

Van Hollen: "The Trump Administration is lying about Abrego Garcia"

We hope that more members of Congress follow Senator Van Hollen’s lead.

It’s past time for our leaders to take action to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia home and defend the right to due process for all Americans.

I’m just saying, a REAL President could get someone back from El Salvador.

There is a special place in HELL for the people who are willing to argue to the Supreme Court that the man they MISTAKENLY sent to an El Salvador prison should stay there.

1 year ago 230 51 10 5

It shouldn't take a Supreme Court decision to bring back a person who never should have been abducted and deported in the first place.
