Sometimes we see the things and just can’t unsee it or unthink it! It’s rare, but I’ve had a few moments like that with some films too.

To that point - I finally made contact with a human staffer instead of just voicemail today! Even if I was nervous, it went by so smoothly and was fielded very professionally. So you never know!
I completely agree with this sentiment. I too remain a little skeptical, but really love your framing this as a great opportunity to practice speaking up. I’ve definitely done so a handful of times at this point and each time has been a little easier.
Call your reps. Do it now. Not "Ill do it later," no, do it now! The President has threatened genocide on a people, there is no greater moment for you to do the right thing and call your reps demanding action.
I hate making phone calls. I called all three. Do it scared.
