being told about how tsurugi works is the equivalent of the money talk in umineko in episode 1. im so excited. i love it when visual novels tell me things

the writing of fullmetal daemon muramasa has been really good so far. i feel like the character interactions are super strong and grip me incredibly, i feel the childhood friends dynamic oozing out of my screen from this trio and i cannot help but be fond of them already

tadayasu is actually a really goated character. i'm half-expecting tadayasu, yuhi & konatsu to die at the end of this chapter and be replaced by mr app icon guy though so i'm kinda sad. i feel like it would've been easy to make tadayasu a very one-dimensional character... but then again

i have to continue my replay but i think around after the fall of garlemald rei would've also become a wandering mercenary... i think the weapons series would be interesting to go through as her

what i can see is moirai thinking rei would've died during the fall of dalamud but her surviving at all costs even amidst garlean conscription and having her soul crushed was past moirai's predictions. jin's fall to moirai's 'story' and evil plans could've been sped up if it weren't for his sister

[insane man rambling] i do think it'd be interesting if 'rei' was some sort of anomaly in the 'story' that moirai intended for jin. the only problem is that she is so integral to jins story it almost seems like she should be there no matter what
