Playing with mixed media in the sketchbook

Unfortunately no- it was a neighborhood chair someone had trashed and I just snapped a few photos . Would’ve been great to have done from direct observation though .

As I’ve been working on larger paintings I took a detour and began exploring a new series of works exploring discarded items .

This is the first small study I completed to kickoff this new concept.
