I wrote my first novel because I was struggling after a breakup. I felt confused, useless, and abandoned, and I never really understood why it happened. I felt like I was dead and surrounded by monsters. There was a lot to work through, but laughing through the absurdity helped.
Who are you and how can I get you to join my cult?
My dreams need a script supervisor. Like, I swear I was wearing pants in the last scene, can we get a little continuity?
If you ever doubt your writing, just remember that it's okay to not be the best writer in the world. Only one person gets to claim that position, and I've already called dibs. So, just, like, be cool.
It's kind of like this place or Twitter, but you also have the ability to post longform writing as newsletters. So, people follow your social media notes (to see these sort of posts) and/or subscribe to your newsletter to read your work!
