This is a terrible policy. I have no love for smoking, but even less for prohibitionism. Whether it's illegal drugs or just tobacco, this kind of law is worse than anything it purports to address.

Not sure how I feel about this one. Mixed bag I think. Good to ban smoking/vaping in cars with children. But banning a whole generation? They will be bought and sold illegally, counterfeit traders already exist and are terrible for health.
As a non-smoker with multiple relatives who died from lung cancer;
This ban can only cause harm.
People will turn to the black market and unsafe products. More young people will smoke as an act of rebellion.
The level of drug related crime and everything associated with that will increase.
