But it wasn't about blaming at all. The idea was to increase productivity and reduce the number of unnecessary meetings. We assumed two things:
1. People want to know if they set too much meeting that are considered a waste of time
2. Benefit of the organization and productivity

The funny part was the name BizbuzMan - bizbuz in Hebrew means waste - and zman is time
So it is the combination of waste, time and man 😂

Yeah it had more feature didn't want to spam here to much, but user had the option to add comments and more…
The backend was a Ktor and the idea was to save the data and notify anonymously persons that tend to create “wasting time meeting” without saying who rated…

In my company hackathon, our project was an extension that after every meeting, you can rate the meeting with stars: 1 star=waste of time, five stars= important meeting
We didn’t win.
