I‘m not entirely sure I understand what they did this time. They told me my left nut is quite borked at this point. All that matter is that it hopefully won’t swell up again.

Once again had testicular surgery. I feel like this is all I talk about these days. I‘m so tired of it. But I like to think positively - This was the last one! 🤞
