Work on the dungeon generator begins. First step is creating a level blueprint editor to control flow and pacing. This idea is taken from how Enter The Gungeon generates its dungeons.
Spatial node system approach I have been using for many years (since The Fruit). It gives AI some guidance based on their ideal range, flanking desire, and line of sight requirements.
Pesky archers now reposition to keep distance, and I guess friendly fire also works.
Work begins on the zombie archer.

Remember, switching to your firebolt is always faster than reloading.
Bow animations have been reworked to fit with the new spell casting system.
Spell casting with a shield equipped.
Hell yeah, my game is definitely pulling from all of those!
You can now quick cast spells while wielding whatever weapons you like. Spellblades rejoice.
