One of the wittiest people I know. And an underrated poet.
I met Harsent in the early 80s. My only memory of him was that he drove a rather nice BMW.
I remember the woman on the right from my schooldays. She is Nora McSharry who was a primary teacher in Ardoyne. Maurice Leitch and Seamus Heaney there. I think the occasion was the prize giving for a writing competition sponsored by the Belfast Telegraph which Nora McSharry won.
