No matter how hard the Trump/Musk admin may try, they will not take our joy.
They will not take our power.

“It makes it very hard to imagine a leader ‘meeting the moment’ if they don't believe the moment is here,” says @chrislhayes.bsky.social on Chuck Schumer saying democracy is not at stake—yet.
No matter where you stand on the “Schumer needs to step down” debate, you need to see this.

Say it plain: “Doing things the way they’ve always been done is not working.” - @jenpsaki.msnbc.com
That’s cool. I can keep not shopping there indefinitely
Rep. Jasmine Crockett
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
Gov. JB Pritzker
Gov. Tim Walz
these are our party leaders now, ignore all other opinions

i'll fess up: for the last like fifteen years i despised Jesse Eisenberg on reflex. anytime he came up in a movie I'd say, nah, not for me, fuck that guy.
turns out i just hated Mark Zuckerberg so much my hate boomeranged around to Jesse. kinda a compliment to his acting when you think about it
His track record speaks for itself. While we continue to resist, we should take comfort in that he is deeply incompetent, not very bright & his policies are hurting even his most devoted supporters. Let's not get in the way of his inevitable self-destruction.
Indeed.

What is wrong with giving a new leader a chance? A new approach, a fresh approach. Someone who has integrity, leadership skills, represents a key state, has guts and the confidence of the base. Time to put ego aside and screw seniority. This is my nominee.
I vote for Chuck Schumer —
to be primaried.
No longer can this be the face of our fight for democracy!
Chuck needs to resign.
I'm honestly running out of words I can use on the air to describe what's happening in and to this economy
One of my companies informed me they cancelled a $2m conference in Florida. Why ?
They didn’t feel they could pass on the incremental cost of tariffs. So they are cutting expenses.
That’s a city that lost a ton of tourism revenue.
The cost of tariffs isn’t just the cost of the tariff
I've been thinking a lot about that bumper sticker which says "everything looks like a conspiracy theory when you don't understand how anything works" and folks it's pretty obvious to me that the people in power right now have absolutely no desire to understand how anything works.
What a photo.
Green must be the start of something, not the end.
No one is OK right now.
At least, no one with working empathy and a knowledge of History who’s paying attention.
It is an emotional impossibility to be living in days like one’s we’re in here and to be fully unaffected.

I’ve got some free time this afternoon - let’s do a quick Q&A. Share your questions below, and I’ll answer as many as I can.
A tweet from ununusual_whales @ununusual_whales with a breaking news headline: 'BREAKING: Business leaders are paying as much as $5,000,000 to meet one-on-one with the President Trump at his Florida compound, while others are paying $1,000,000 apiece to dine with him in a group setting, per WIRED.'
Bribes. They’re known as bribes.
Hey Democratic Party,
You ain’t raising money until you start raising hell.
Sincerely,
A Huge Portion of Your Supporters
