Were seen Downtown / Harbor Highlands area, but are on the move.
One vehicle was a black Chevy Tahoe (example image below).

White SUV with fed plates was sighted shortly after, near 27th W & Michigan. Best guess of volunteers is "Grand to 6th and 45th to Denfeld is a tentative zone to patrol for now.

There were 2 masked agents inside the truck.
They were near the Kwik Trip (4215 Grand Ave), but drove all the way to Perkins on London Rd when they realized they were followed.

West Duluth/Denfeld neighborhood around 20 minutes ago (1:30 pm).
Agents are in a black Chevy Tahoe with Minnesota plates (example image below).
They were putting on masks when they were observed by someone, so they took off - however they may return to the area.
Northern Minnesota is used to seeing ice❄️, but we need to be on the watch for ICE👮🏻♂️!
