Similar happened to me on the first book. And the prequel I wrote.
Then I stopped seeing targets.
Now I write one year in my saga time at a time, and see into how many books I need to split it to stay reasonable. 🤷
Sometimes it is not to know what the solution is, but when and how to offer it. And most of all deciding if to offer it at all.
I guess I’m 38 too, then. Just have some time experience being that age. I can work with that.
Sounds about right. 1 kg is roughly 2.2 lbs. for on the fly conversions.
That is the beauty of the metric system. 20000 ml are 20 liters. And the weight kilogram is based on a liter of water. 20 liters of water are 20 kg.

I’m looking for smaller book review accounts, on here, YouTube, Reddit, mainly. In the fantasy and sci-fi genres, speculative fiction and utopian works, welcoming to indie authors, and most of all: looking for those works that do not conform to recent patterns.
I guess, then you have to read in stereo: one book with the left eye, another with the right.

I usually add 15-25% in my first edit. When drafting, I leave some things out to get the story line on paper.
Important is your process. Not opinions of others.
Our new washer and dryer feel more like a video game than appliances. Supposedly AI powered. Well, would be nice if they cleaned and dried laundry also. The first works ok. The latter is less hot more miss. But the sounds are good. Can’t have everything I guess.

I wish I could work 93% of the time for 123% of the pay.
But somehow, there is a disconnect. 🤔
Always fun getting the cleanup done. I already burned around 35 yards of slash from the work I did last fall in the last four weeks. So good when it’s cleaned up again…
I had a job once, and going through all the mandatory meetings and trainings, one stood out there.
