Don't think #NUFC has been dropped like this, just parked. KSA can't spend due to PSR rules, "growing organically" is less certain due to small population in NE (no regular mega events like Lon/Man). "A trading club" says CEO. Would sell if anyone offered right price is guess.
It will end up like the Iraq war & Brexit, & Mike Ashley's tenure (witnessed people in away ends desperate to be 📸 with him, getting autographs, all because he was rich). A lot of removal of Saudi flags from social media bios etc.
NUFCFAS have always said the whole NUFC/Saudi state project is unstable & unsustainable (apart from the human rights issues.)
The owners are a brutal theocratic, kleptocracy/dictatorship which steals oil wealth from own people.
No surprise that they lose interest in our club eventually.
Maybe not until they actually sell up & go!
