Thanks to @justsecurity.org and the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict for including this piece in their excellent symposium, "Thinking Beyond Risks: Tech and Atrocity Prevention." When attempting to leverage tech for accountability, the focus is too often on new and shiny tools.
