While doing a zoom session, a (non-engaged) client noticed a guitar in his therapy room. He picked it up. The rest of the session revolved around him giving me a guitar lesson while targeting his goals. The power of motivation! Always follow their lead!

Love these ideas! I usually incorporate lots of movement breaks into my sessions but if I am seeing clients where something like this might be in the budget, this looks like a terrific idea!
