Puzzle 3 completed today! And the 4th is well under way.
I knew I'd use the crap out of this puzzle table!
Plus added bonus of can't doom scroll when puzzling so a whole lot less of that this past week as well!

I think this is the quickest I ever knit anything so large. It's amazing how much knitting you can do when you're trying to distract yourself 🐅
We lucked out with the solar panels. We were able to hold onto the house when my MiL passed. She had added solar panels probably about 10 years ago when the getting was good. I doubt we could manage it now. Heck, if we hadn't been able to hold on to the house we'd be renting a very small apartment.

I never had a cat that liked being brushing so much they started to have a bald spot.
He's the scrawninest cat but he loves the most aggressive affectionate he can get. It's pretty ridiculous. While his brother is huge and is the most delicate of cats.
We added 2 heat pumps to our house last year as it was our only doable option for cooling since we can't open our windows most of the week. It has been a game changer, even with our lack of insulation for both heat & cooling! But I also live in Southern California and have solar panels so 🤷🏽♀️
Maybe? But he really likes a brush the more instense it is. I have a feeling if we just our softest brush he'll get mad. He already yells if you pet him too gently when he wants aggressive pets
And of course his brother hates being brushed but super needs to be brushed so Rory is very confused and jealous of all the brushing his brother is reluctantly tolerating while he gets none 😕
Rory loves being brushed and is constantly asking for brushing. And he's so cute of course I cant't say no and now he's got spots where his fur is noticably thin 😭Apparently you can brush a cat too much 😳
I think I'll get a lot of use out of it.
And I've got so many unopened puzzles waiting to be done! And old ones I haven't revisited in years.
Now to just patiently wait...
I feel like I've earned it 🤣 Probably shouldn't be spending money on things I don't need right now, but also gotta reward yourself for doing hard and scary things!
I love doing puzzles but I realize I never do them lately because I always spend way too long hunched over a table hurting my back and neck. And I'm always trying to finish them super quick to free up whatever table I've monopolized. I think it's going to be so good to have a dedicated space!
Saw on Insta there are tables specifically designed for puzzles. With special sorting drawers & a tilting surface. Been thinking about it for months. Anyways I have a puzzle table coming next weekend 😁

The last couple of months have been a lot personally so lotd of stress knitting. Been a little over a month and I'm 3/4 of the way done with my tiger shadow shawl which is a nightmare to photograph. And I also finished the heavy metal shawl I started in Sept that I've been working on sporadically 🧶
It's ridiculous. I knew it was going to be pricier than what is been on before but I was not prepat.
I swear this pharmacy discount is so you'll try it and if it actually helps you'd be reluctant not to continue with it.
The retail price for 28 days of my new prescription is absolutely insane 🤯
Luckily there was a coupon to pick it up at the pharmacy. And the by mail pharmacy I need to use at least makes it spendy but manageable with my insurance. Instead of a mortgage payment 😳

Every cat owner has garbage laying around the house and you have to explain that its the cat's favorite garbage and so you can't throw it away.

I have found Shopify to mostly be easy, but every once in a while there's something I'll run into that will be mind bogglingly frustrating that seems like it should be a basic feature ☹️
