Four-pitch walks should be rewarded like a ground-rule double (all runners move up two bases)

Well Canzone has a .580 OPS this spring, which is about 1/3 of the number Davis is currently sporting.
None of the current DH candidates aside from Brennen have a batting average over .211.
His SLG% is 858 points higher (1.125 to .267; 321% MORE than DC).
They got all the room in the world.
Tied for ST lead in HR and T-5th in doubles.
SwStr% (as of yesterday) was south of 13%. K-rate (before today) after his first ST game played has been <19%, and he's walking close to 1/10 of his PA's.
Only injury last year was the ankle he caught in a chain-link fence. 😡
FORMER Top 100 prospect?
Brennen Davis has topped the MLB Exit Velocity Leaderboard the last two days he's played (March 6 & 8)
Literally only 0.1 mph slower than the ball Oneil Cruz just nuked into the outermost rings of Saturn
He has the highest OPS of any 2026 MLB ST hitter with more than 20 PA.
He is also the only hitter w/ 3 HR and 4 doubles.
And his current Average Exit Velocity (as of end of play on March 6) would have placed him 3rd out of all qualified hitters in MLB last season.
Strong consideration, indeed.
I stumbled onto Furman while scouring the FG MiLB leaderboards last year when he kept popping up under the low SwStr filters and my general assessment was that he was essentially Luis Arraez, but maybe with a little more pop.
So when the Giants subbed LA out for Furman the other day it was just
Jesus Cano of Baseball America is reporting that top international signing Luis Hernandez WILL skip the Dominican Summer League and play in the Arizona Complex this season.
This sets up an immediate pairing with Josuar Gonzalez in the ACL, and the potential he’ll be in San Jose late this year.
High quality stuff, low mileage on the elbow and shoulder
And most of the 20-30% of women saying that vote republican
Is incredibly weak*
She was always going to lose the TX Senate, but the fact that it was as close as it was says she's stronger than most. The Pres field in incredibly weak. The national electorate is FAR more liberal than 2 years ago. There are zero leftist candidates w/ a legit shot.
I disagree with your analysis.
Ed Florentino being the 4th prospect in the system is funny cuz I have him top 10 in all of baseball... and of the 4, I only have Seth Hernandez lower than him (barely).
Best pitcher in MLB + 2 of 5 best MLB pitching prospects + generational bat & a future All ⭐️ SS and a slew of low level mashers =
Conclusion: the more money liberals spend on assistance, the more they raise wages & return profit stakes to workers, & the more they spend on environmental rehabilitation efforts, the more likely they will be to win elections, the healthier the US economy will be, & we might stave off extinction.
Luckily, methane is 200x more powerful as a GG than CO2, and as Methane degrades it turns into CO2, almost completely over the course of a decade.
Plug the methane holes and do nothing else, and GG effect will be massively reduced in 10 yrs, probably to a point where we aren't in immediate danger.
US military is a bigger polluter than bottom 100 counties combined. The environment is at it's tipping points; the emissions and greenhouse gas reductions can't wait.
The US military can't exist as it does today if we are to avoid the collapse of earth's environmental systems.
Yea, the tax rate on billionaires is extremely low right now relative to all historical standards, especially over last 100 years. Rich people stealing their workers money and public dollars and hoarding it is the most inflationary thing one can do. And we need a drastic reduction in military size.
They took public $ that we contributed to and used it to give pay $200k a year to ImmiAgents.
Let's spend a ton of cash on ourselves & good causes and then send them the bill. And if the deficit grows under a Democratic regime and R's win, we just claim we can't afford to spend $ on their wants.
As long as big $ overseas investors continue to buy our bonds/dollars (we are the world's reserve currency & number one facilitator for international transactions, so we are in no danger of that) we can spend however much we want without issue.
Confidence in future growth keeps $ values high.
If you spend public cash speculatively, on free cash for rich people or on guns and bombs then yeah you're gonna have a problem.
But when you spend productively everything gets better.
Tax money doesn't create federal spending, it's the opposite. Loanable funds has been completely disproven.
Basically, spending public money has been showed by studies to increase overall growth including for investors, and when libs spend public cash helping people they win larger vote shares next election.
To fix economy, ⬆️ domestic production, and eliminate money supply crisis in poor communities.
Yeah that's a common misconception by non-economists. The total value of private assets in our economy = total US dollars printed. T-bill/open market dollar sales determine price of our dollar, not Debt:Tax receipt ratio. Spending public cash productively reduces deficits (China/Vietnam post-GFC)
He's more vocal on the need to spend public money on assisting low-wealth families too, whereas Crockett endorsed Clinton-era balanced budgets.
Non-MAGA Republicans can be surprisingly liberal on fiscal matters, they just prefer high compensation & paycheck security over benefits & redistribution
If she can muster 45%+ in a statewide race in Texas without much of a ground game or ad blitz, then get her some decent advisors and a stack of cash and let her run for President. She'd have a better shot at that than she did as senator, and her political brand name is a hot commodity at the moment.
The RNC donated heavily to Crockett's campaign so they wouldn't have to face Talarico in the general
Risk-assumption strategy should be relative to scouting acumen.
The better you are at finding the diamonds in the rough, the more you can gamble on a flyer w/o a shiny prospect ranking, proven track record or clear path to playing time.
If you don't have years of experience, draft a bit safer.

I think the term "Weak" in this instance is more about the willingness to push back in tangible ways and put their constituents ahead of their corporate donors.
How much of that money goes to ordinary working folks?
I'd be shocked if it was >5%.
One of 10 qualified hitters in the International League*, sorry
