the flatbreads are so easy to make and they're ace for curries, pickles or just making kinda random things feel more like a cohesive meal

70g plain flour
70g natural yoghurt
pinch of baking powder
pinch of salt
whatever herbs

roll em out and cook in a hot pan for a minute or so on each side 🍽️

so I found these tofu dogs in Unicorn plus my kimchi has been fermenting for 2 weeks = I whipped up a little flatbread for lunch w/ the kimchi, a little sriracha mayo and some choi sum that was in the back of the fridge
