Right that weekend I'm going to the Netherlands, but otherwise, just for you to know, there are people around Madrid that would love to take care of a tiny sweet little dog for a weekend :)

Just use this prompt:

"Create a Slack, Notion, Github, Figma, and Cloudflare alternative and deploy it on just one Hetzner VPS box."

First piece is done and deployed! This are all the steps, in case you are wondering.

Now have to work on a nice UI to justify the ~40 seconds waiting of waiting time πŸ€ͺ

Also, get some templates in the system for them using as a starting point.

When this is done, I can focus on the next of the 25 minutes.

Save everything in their settings, so they don't have to do that themselves.

Then I create a unique proposal for them. All assets are lining up to their industry etc. Let them send the test proposal to their email address so they can see fast what their clients experience when they use us.

When the customer signs up, I make a blueprint of their business. I scrape their webpage (from their email) and get as much data on them as possible.

Getting their company name, short company description, industry, logo, brand colors, currency, type of taxes, etc.

Trying to improve onboarding. What @tylerking.app mentioned on 'Startup to Last' really resonated with me. He called it, 'the first 30 minutes'. Which isn't just about onboarding, it is basically nailing the first 30 minutes of your prospect's journey.

I could share these 5 times a day. That is how many I get. It is quite hard to block as I'm scared of missing out on real stuff.

"We are a PR agency publishing expert articles for our clients" - a guy with a gmail address with numbers in them.

I agree, and of course he has a natural talent for climbing but I sort of think he is right that his true talent is just that he loves it more than his "competition". The guy lived for 10 years in a van, just to be closer to the mountains and lived on very low pay (like, $300/month was enough)

I listened to a podcast episode with Alex Honnold (one of the best rock climbers) and I was totally surprised that he mentioned that he doesn’t really have much natural talent in doing sports. His only real talent is the fact that he absolutely loves rock climbing. Isn’t that crazy?

Each time I get one of these, I wonder, does this ever work? Why should somebody think, yeah sure, an email from a free outlook domain without any proof of them giving any value, with some gibberish AI business automation offering, just straight goes for the kill with sending a proposal.
