A turnaround sketch of a brown cartoon mouse wearing a long green raincoat, grey pants and white high tops. Above that there are detailed close up sketches of different parts of the coat, like the cuffs of the sleeves a reflective graphic on the back of the coat and a slit in the back to accommodate the mouse's tail

Lots of sketches of the head of a brown cartoon mouse (straight on and in profile) showing lots of different emotions. This includes stern, happy (with a twinkle in his eye), grimacing, tired, surprised and crying.

Original sketch of the brown mouse wearing a green raincoat. He has a furrowed brow and is smoking a cigarette. There are faint traces of other cartoon mouse sketches around the page.

A square image with a grey/ green background with lots of logos for the 'Disciples of Saint Anthony' to go on the back of the mouse's coat. It is written in different ways in different fonts. Most logos use gothic calligraphy and have symbols of fish and lilies.

Doing some character design for the first time in a long time. Based on an old sketch. He is a yet unnamed mouse. A member of the 'Disciples of Saint Andrew', an old religious organization that specializes in finding lost things.
I think I'll try modeling in Blender next.

Oh no, I just transferred all my services to proton about 2 months ago 🙃. But yeah, least it's not being used for weapons, I guess.

Thank you! Yeah I was just thinking "man, I should do compositions like this again!" I have some *kind of* similar stuff on my website but not really. I'll have to dig through my archives :)

Nice! Yeah I just had a look back through my emails and found a very early screenshot you sent (from 2017 😱) Definitely had the same cool vibe then but it's amazing to see how far its come.

I got the chance to do some pitch art for @necrosoftgames.com's Demonschool many years ago (2018 I think?) I remember thinking it was a really cool concept for a game and had a lot of fun making these. Very excited to see the final game soon!

This was @pauloreilly.work‬! The mystery is solved! Hopefully we get to see some more art from him since he's on Bluesky.

It depicts a man in a shirt labeled "Sickos" looking in on a scene from a window while saying "Yes… Hahaha… Yes!"

All the time! Having some distance from the work helps though I think. I tend to be a lot kinder when I look at work I did a year ago for example, it's easier to be objective.

Your art is so good! I keep mistaking your Tales stuff for official artwork lately! But I don't think that feeling ever goes away 😅 I think all artists just have constant imposter syndrome.
