Probably because Rex is older, he's from march 2018 (Chapter 1 season 3), when they made very high prices, Dark Rex is from november 2019 (Ch. 2 s.1)... I guess they decided they were popular enough to lower their prices and sell more of them (or the skins didn't sell enough at that high price)
