Yes! I tried to create Eilfaresh! The language itself is far from being finished tho but I work slowly on it

And they bounded like this, Natmar became his teacher and started to teach Cross and indirectly, started to learn English back, also tried to learn by himself to perfect his lessons...

In a few months, Cross was able to say very basic phrase and can communicate a little with the gang!

"Y" the alien pointed him, trying to describe the sounds of each letters...

He was willing to teach him...

Cross listened, trying to fill up the alphabet the best he could...

They started to spell their name in their language, there's no C in Eilfaresh so Cross needed to play with the K...

When Natmar approached, Cross' first reaction was to shrink terrified like if the alien was about to raise his hand at him...

Instead, Natmar sat next to him, with Cross' paper in his hands, sitting down before he started to write...

He wrote the alphabet for Cross, cleaner and prettier...

Natmar immediately felt bad for lashing out on a guy who were just curious and trying to learn their language...

He found him later, seemingly giving up with the idea of learning, he looked bummed and a bit scared...

That Broke Natmar's heart a bit...

Cross ran away, leaving his attempts behind him, which Natmar picked up to throw... But he had a closer look...

It was phrases who put together make no sense... Especially that some words were missing letters... No there isn't repeating leters...

... The earthling tried to learn their language...

But his shenanigans attracted Natmar, who doesn't quite trust him yet... And seeing a (for him) "alien" running in the ship with a lot of papers was sus...

One day he confronted him messing with documents and yelled at him thinking he was tampering the ship or trying to divulge information!

So fuck it, he will try in autodidact!

He notes the sounds he heard and try to figure a sense to them, he copy the glyphs trying to decrypt them, but without success...

Meanwhile Cross him try to learn their language, because he has enough not understanding them...

For now he tried to learn some lines with Dhrem but it's clearly not enough and Dhrem isn't the greatest in teaching(that and he needs to rest a lot...) but he is the only one willing to try...

Eilfaresh is the name of the language the aliens in this AU speak. It's the main language of Eilfar(their home country, not the planet!)

None of them toke the matter to learn English, why should they? They don't plan to stay, just find a remedy for Dhrem and go home... They never planned a Cross...
