I really feel bad for whoever has to be #2 to Verstappen. A mix of the heads of Red Bull antics and Verstappen’s overall success/talent seem to take a toll on the confidence and mental of his teammates.

I think he's had his time in competitive sports for now. He knows he's been under pressure to keep his seat by the powers that be at Red Bull for a couple of seasons now. He seems unable to step up again when they demand it of him. Sadly time to find a racier racer. Nice guy just not fast enough!
