'but use the cloth' Do you know how long that takes!!! A tofu press, literally two boards, takes maybe ten minutes, not a whole hour. On top of that I like dry tofu to fry!
Is it dumb? Yes, but consider that selling them for ten dollars somewhere instead of online is a good idea
