Turns out, it was just a bird in a hot shower?

We see an assortment of objects at its feet. "54 aromatics nubs, a fine preener, assorted flavour discs, beak lovelies, flim-flams, shiny poke-stick, and best of–wait..." We see a close of of the crow looking over its shoulder "where's my jiggly squibbler?"

Text: Lesser Prairie Griffin Image: a smal griffin crouched in long prairie grass makes a defensive posture. In its beak is a small snake, a snack it's caught. It possesses the traits of a small bobcat and that of the prairie chicken, with pronounced spiked crest feathers and large golden wattles that attract mates. Its wings also act as forelegs, which is what sets this particular type of griffin apart from the usual depictions of them.
