Naming Mark "Oh fuck" in Fire Emblem 7 is now my second favorite FE rename. Named Alear "bitch" in my Maddening playthrough of Engage and it means you go around introducing yourself by saying "I'm the Divine Dragon, bitch!" Really changes the entire tone of the game.

I really wish the fire emblem engage dlc wasn't so clearly obsessed with being hard, because the fights are really cool but the dlc rules make me want to scream (mandatory deploy units with trash stats that can't build bonds with emblem rings? Emblems are the entire point of the game!)

I killed it at physical therapy today, and sorted a bunch of spices into our new spinning spice rack, and it's barely noon. I think I've earned some brain off Slay the Spire 2 time.

I had a great time at the Emery concert in Portland with my brother! I hope everyone there has a great evening except the guy who shoulder checked me trying to get to the mosh pit, I hope he steps on a lego every day for the rest of his life.

It's really good that I finished all the available Dungeon Crawler Carl books before my family came to visit and Slay the Spire 2 went into Early Access, honestly.

Of *course* I finally got to the part of the game in poe2 that had the spectre I wanted and it's entirely non-functional this patch (they won't even hit enemies that are actively damaging them)

It's funny to me because most of the time it really is the most lukewarm of takes. Like I've seen some E33 takes and my response essentially boils down to "talking about the gameplay or narrative being great but not 10/10 seperately misses the point that its strength is ludonarrative harmony"
