Good, I hate them. Also touchscreens in cars
It’s a shame Artemis II went to the moon when it was big and round, not a crescent like now. They could have saved so much time hopping over the thin sliver to get to the Far Side!
🇰🇵🤔 A bridge has been built for Russians in the DPRK.
The connection of the spans of the road bridge across Tumannaya River, connecting the two countries, has been completed on the border between Russia and North Korea.
this is so profoundly dishonorable
At least we’ve got Miliband
The world order is under sustained attack.
War. Greed. Apathy. Impunity. The growing assumption that rules can be ignored.
The UN wasn't built for the easy moments. It was built for moments like this.
Thank you @chathamhouse.org for hosting this discussion.

I recognise this publishing model #royalties?whatroyalties?
Of course every publisher using AI to vet/summarise a manuscript routinely clears the rights with the author. And every author submitting a MS is totally comfortable with their work being ingested by the AI company in question, for free. No problem here at all.
Omg!
The BBC, like most broadcasters, does not have a dedicated energy editor, which is a glaring omission given that almost everything revolves around energy

The regulation demands “availability of spare parts and manuals for 10 years to curb planned obsolescence”.
Let us salute the rogue genius of Desmond Morris, ape-watcher and last of the Surrealists, gone at 98. Here he is, less than 2 years ago, with his Man Ray tribute work - the photographic lips are those of Diana Dors, whom he dated in the 40s when she was still Diana Fluck.
Amazing. Actually squirming
😬
I'm not even sure what are my side-hustles and what's my main hustle any more but anyway, these are selling well, give me a shout if you want one.
Got a pond fountain! It’s like lake Geneva here now!
Zelenskyy makes a big announcement: “We have already reached 10-year agreements with three key countries: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. We already have requests from 11 countries – the Middle East and the Gulf, plus we’re also gradually turning our attention to the Caucasus.

Oh no!
So exciting to have treatment for this rapid killer
apropos of the Palantir manifesto circulating, here's a thread reviewing the book it's derived from
