Ref discourse is always annoying, that said, the Pacers led the league in fouls during the regular season with 1,756 and have been Top 7 every year under Rick Carlisle...so maybe...it's the coaching.

NBA League Pass adding live sports betting is a point of no return. The end result is inevitable, and will only lead to a lack of trust. Third party apps and books are fine. Al Michaels tossing a line in at broadcasts end was the best it ever was going to get.
