Well, we kinda knew the Vanderweys were up to something.
It was confirmed in this article today, in which my opponent gave $200,000 to TPUSA prior to the election in which they were supporting him --only for them both to lose big.

I hear you saying, "Hey Ken. What do you do with your time while waiting for election results after 11 months of hard work on your campaign?"
I watch @climatetown.bsky.social, of course.
And I think your life will be enriched if you make it part of your content rotation. youtu.be/NG-lLt5X3Rs?...
My heart breaks when I think about it. We were in high school at the end of the Cold War, and we had hope for a more just world. Little did we know that the seeds of this were growing around us.
I just hope that for the last few decades of my life I help build a better world.
So, if you still have a ballot, you can return it today.
If you did not request a ballot in time, you have the right to go to SRP headquarters at 1500 N. Mill Ave to vote in person.
The hypocrisy runs so deep with these guys. It was never about voting integrity. It was about making sure their opponents didn't vote.
However ballot collection should never have been made illegal. It should have been monitored and well-regulated, like in any good voting system.
This @azmirror.com article does a good job of filling in the story with actual quotes from TP's current COO from 2022 in which he says people should be prosecuted for collecting other peoples' ballots.
A couple weeks ago I brought to your attention that TPUSA is collecting ballots in the SRP board election, despite previously condemning the practice. 🧵

Some thoughts as we enter the last four days of the election.
Please check in with your friends this weekend. Make sure everyone has a plan to drop off their ballots.
Lean in to community to bring positive change to the SRP Board.

Please take a moment to check in with your friends to get those ballots back.
And, don't forget that TP is paying canvassers to chase ballots this whole week.
So we need your help to do with your community what they do with big billionaire money.
It’s too late to request a ballot for the April 7th SRP board election.
Please get your ballot in the mail by March 31st or vote in person.
Take it to SRP Headquarters personally at 1500 N. Mill Ave., or at a ballot drop-off location on the map linked below.

Because of this reporting thousands may think that they don't have a right to vote.
I look forward to the public correction from Jeremy and Horizon.

Customers spend thousands per year on SRP power --and are paying more every year because many of the TP-backed candidates voted for rate increases, board members like Sandra Kennedy, Casey Clowes, Kathy Mohr-Almeida, Randy Miller and Krista O'Brien voted against rate increases.
What he's referring to is the fact that you must be a registered voter in Arizona to participate. The deadline for that was March 9th to participate in this election.
4) At about the 6:30minute mark, Jeremy said it was too late to register to vote. This is misleading. If you own property in "votable land", you are effectively already registered. (Yes, folks, that's automatic voter registration!) All you need at that point is to request a ballot.
3) Jeremy said that SRP customers vote in this election. But even APS customers who own property in "votable land" have a right to vote. Meanwhile SRP customers who either do not own property, or who live outside of this magical territory cannot vote.
But SRP's service territory stretches out to places like Fountain Hills and Apache Junction. This is an important distinction.
2) Jeremy implied that all people in SRP "service territory" can vote. This is not true. Only people in SRP "votable land" have a right to vote. Votable land is the yellow area in the map below.
This is an astro-turf campaign which, by their own admission, is designed to train staff and perfect systems for the governor's race in 2026 and the presidential in 2028.
1) Jeremy described TP's massive campaign as "grass roots." We know this is not true. We know from sources near TP that they are paying students $30/hr for 20 hrs per week of door-to-door canvassing.
Be aware of several crucial errors in the reporting from @jeremyduda.bsky.social on @arizonapbs.bsky.social Horizon last night. 🧵

They made his hands too big.
Interesting quick take on how cancelling specific streaming services right now could have an impact on negotiations over the purchase of said services.
If we made the green energy transition this war would be unthinkable and these authoritarians wouldn’t be in power — not in the US, not in Iran, not in Saudi Arabia, not in Russia. Hydrocarbons are killing our freedom and just plain killing us.
Great graphic, but I'm more likely to share if it had a source on it. I believe this is from the Brennan Center, but I'd like to be sure.
Now that Iran is saying it, all MAGA are contractually obligated to say the opposite of what Iran says.
Trump, "Problem solved."
The quote is from this E&E (Politico) article, which does a good job highlighting the reform candidates who are fighting to bring SRP to the 21st century. www.eenews.net/articles/tur...
We don't need to say it, because you already know --TP is trying to make a non-partisan election very partisan.
The fact that Bowyer, in this X post from last August, lists SRP as part of their company growth agenda tells you all you need to know.
Please read this and share.
Google just pulled out of pro-data center PAC that is active in this election.
HUGE win!
They are asking for their money back.
I guess it does not pay to be associated with TP.

Special thanks to former GOP legislator Justine Wadsack for confirming that TP's involvement in trying to take over the SRP board is not about protecting you from high prices or data center excess.
It is about the midterm election.
