It depends, Kestra is more than just an orchestrator in the sense that it can also be used as an ETL. If you're just looking for an orchestrator, you also have CTFreak as an alternative to Rundeck (I'm the author).
This plus the fact that you have more and more people who know tailwind but don't know CSS...
