Seriki helped changed game into our favour, pushing Watson on the back foot, as he was having a lot of joy vs gilchrist and made Watson less effective, I agree.

I think we created our own pressure, with mis placed passes and sloppy play, giving Sunderland the opportunity in dangerous areas, rather than Sunderland breaking at will.
Bit of a false game, we let you batter us with poor tactics and how we set up, we clearly set out to take a point or nick something. We just didn't bother attacking. I think it would have been different game if we went with our usual game plan instead of wilder bottling it.
Second one was truly awful, Sunday league style. Annoying when it should have been a goal kick, would have taken a point given the situation. Agreed regarding vini too.
Anels fault more for first, the player is in front of him and he was caught ball watching, either mark the man or tell soutter he's free behind him.

Gutted for the lad, started this season really brightly, hopefully comes back quicker than expected and it doesn't effect his performance, chance for peck, shackelton or Davies to step in & up now.
