A progression from the previous post, now Ismar leans against the wall while Kaibutsu has gotten on his knees in front of him. He grips at the lizardman's legs while Ismar's erection disappears beneath the tentacles on his face - said tentacles are wrapped around part of his dick, around a leg, sliding up his shirt, and probing into his ass.

Okay Ismar knows at least some things the tentacles can do now.
