If this isn’t insanity I don’t know what is.

There really is no such thing as race. We all came from Africa. We are all of the same stardust. We are all going to live and die on the same planet, a Pale Blue Dot in the vastness of space. We have to work together.

Starting February 18, 2027, smartphones and many portable devices sold in the EU must have batteries that users can remove and replace more easily. That means #Apple #Samsung #Google #Xiaomi etc may need to redesign future devices to meet the new rules www.business-standard.com/technology/t...
Guess this piss stain of a human being has no idea about history or influenza or 1918...
A very accurate flowchart
The replies to this post and lots other people posting about this subject that I've seen today seem to say differently, but what does it matter? Opinions are like arseholes, even you've got one.
Was putting the bins out. Saw a Police officer down the street. He waves me over & asks if I've see a man carrying a till. Apparently a guy ran off with the till from the corner shop at the end of our street. The shop aren't overly bothered as they do 95% of their business via card. Bizarre world.
But it's "vital" that Endgame comes back to cinemas Boo!! The new footage is "critical" Boo!!
Vital Boo!
Critical!!
Vital and critical Boo!!
Vital and critical!!
Star Trek The Next Generation scene. Young ensign Wesley Crusher (the boy) sits at a console on the bridge, but he's turned around like he's having a talk with safe and trustworthy adult who has walked up behind him. He looks sincere and earnest, as if it's a 'very special episode of Star Trek.' He's wearing his blue and blue and gold and red and blue again Wesley sweater, which is not a bad look, tbh. Closed caption reads, "drugs can make you feel good."
A golden retriever has both paws up at a bank teller’s window.
“Are you the branch manager?”
“Yes I am, how can I help you?”
“I would like two branches, please.”
“How would you like that?”
“Two big sticks, four little sticks.”
In the 70's the Government owned Energy, it built houses, it owned Public Services and it employed people.
Now billionaires own it all, and they pay you too.
So every year prices go up more than wages.
It's not complicated why things are only getting worse.
It's billionaires
Yeah. Good point. There is stuff from Trevorrow's development process in the art book so that's a good bet.
Oh, I think it was definitely Abrams' decision to include Palpatine & make Rey his grandkid. As you say it has all the hallmarks of his half-arsed thinking. I just wonder how hard he had to fight for it or what the script looked when he joined. Maybe they started filming without a complete script.
Artemis III isn't landing on the moon in 2027. The two private HLS projects are nowhere near ready.
Tom Cruise movies are so unrealistic. You never see him struggling to reach something on a high shelf.
Almost everything we argue about is a substitute for the thing we should be arguing about: the immense wealth & power of an oligarchic class, which captures governments, ruins lives and wrecks the living planet.
This class redirects our rage at scapegoats. To resist its lies is to resist its power.
He only cared about ONE thing...how it looked on TV. Enough has been said regarding the impossible healing job...not enough said about the depravity it takes to kill your followers to make good television.
Yeah, it is very odd. Like I say I'd love to know what actually happened on the production of tRoS. I do wonder what's hiding behind NDAs and backroom conversations.
I do remember getting the art book of the film and there was no reference to Palpatine at all anywhere in that book. Not one reference or photo or art piece about him at all. Which I always thought was weird.
But do you know for sure? The production has always looked so vague and quite messy with lots of begind the scenes shenanigans. I'd pay serious money to know exactly what the script of tRoS looked like when the cameras first rolled as opposed to what we got on screen...
Wait, so, are we saying Palpatine wasn't in this film until the reshoot stage? That would explain a lot...
Tell me you fucked up your writing job on a new film without telling me fucked up your writing job on a new film...
If it was critical why did they not put it in the film in the first place? What they mean is they're retconning their own film. And rather than just stick a flashback in Doomsday they're gunna stick it in Endgame and re-release it in cinemas to make more money. Money grab gimmick. Nothing more.
That Hippo looks... Hungry!
I feel you. I'm constantly showing Boo thing I think she'll like on my phone only to have her tell me she's the who who shared or reposted it.
