I'm sure everyone already knows this, or assumes it, but federal government systems like My Service Canada are about as bad as you'd make them to discourage their use. Hours on hold. Dropped calls. Websites that don't work. Vague language. Error and system closure alerts. We need to be better.

I strongly disagree. The components and build quality on this bike are in another league compared to the value stuff. It weighs significantly less. It's just built better.
Yeah, a factor. Deep discounts as a result. Such a strange industry.
