Her other weakness is getting close to the sun.

Viktorya Vasilievna Volkova, the Red Star Sentinel. Fights for all people, regardless of race or religion, a true hero. Has two kids that are growing up with her powers, wants nothing but the best for them.

Basically a Kryptonian with cold bonus powers, solar rads weaken her.
